The app lets you perform automatic calls to your client base.

What you get

With the Predictive Dialer app you can:

  • upload the calling base from .csv file;

  • balance the load on operators by sustaining the optimal quantity of calls on the line: set the frequency with which the system refers to the database to get the numbers list and the quantity of simultaneous calls on the line;

  • start/stop the automatic dialing process.

Requirements

  • Bitrix24: Cloud (all plans) or Self-Hosted with active license;

  • Asterisk up from 13 version.

How it works

For the app to work correctly you should fulfill the following steps:

  1. form the calling base via .csv file (max 100 000 numbers for a calling round);

  2. set preferred conditions (calling interval and lines quantity);

  3. launch the calling round.

In case of successful connection the system links the client to operators’ queue. If all operators are busy the script automatically puts itself on hold and gets back to calling in a set  interval of time. If a client is busy or unreachable his number is marked as an unreplied call and the script moves to the next number. Having reached the last number in the base the script stops its work.

Price

At the moment the app is being beta tested thus it's free for all users. We'll post the info on price and release date here, keep track of updates.

We perform our module support in Open lines chat. You can reach us via:

  1. The chat right in your Bitrix24 (the link opens a chatbox in your Bitrix24).

  2. The chat at our site informunity.us (the icon in the right bottom corner opens a chatbox). After the start of the dialog enter your email so that you could receive a notification about our reply and the communication history even after you close tab with the chat in your browser.

The first way is the most convenient one: you will always find our reply and the communication history in your Bitrix24 messenger. But for the link to work in a self-hosted version of Bitrix24, you must have all necessary modules installed and the portal must have connection with the outer world. If the first option does not work for one reason or another, please proceed with the second one.

1. Install the Predictive Dialer app in Bitrix24.

2. Create an AMI user. Set the full rights to read and record.

3. At the Settings bar in the app insert:

  • FreePBX address;

  • FreePBX port;

  • AMI user login;

  • AMI user password.
